Terribly maintained ATM machines. Never available for cash deposits then they will have one teller working with a dozen people in line. Overall awful banking experience with BOH and will be closing my account soon. Driving around town trying to make a deposit is no way to be.
I don't bank there, but it seems like a great bank.
I was able to cash the same type of check in kakaako. Went to this location, stood in line, and the teller told me she couldn't cash my check. I have an account too. I went back to kakaako and they cashed my check. They also wondered why they didn't cash my check.
The bank tellers work is unkind & unskilled...
