Whitney Siniard was amazing! We were first time home buyers and she was able to make the process quick and painless. I will recommend Whitney to anyone looking to buy a home, first time or not.
I wish I could choose more than 5 stars. From the time I walked into Kayla’s office she was doing everything she could to help us get into our first home, she constantly went above and beyond for us. She made this process BEYOND EASY and we really didn’t even have to lift a finger. If you’re looking for someone to help you, you DEFINITELY want her in your court. No one else can compare.
We recently had Stephanie Taylor handle our mortgage application/process for our first home. The service she provided could not have been better. She walked us through the whole process step by step and communicated amazingly all the way to closing, even when she had to act as our therapist. Lol. She takes pride in her work and truly cares for her clients. I can not recommend her enough to anyone in search of a mortgage.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with. We had been pre-approved with our bank, but had a contingency with the approval. The prospect of getting the home we wanted seemed not likely to happen. Stephanie was able to get us a better rate and get us approved non-contingent for our new home. That significantly reduced the stress of buying our new home and selling our old one. I cannot recommend her enough!
The last couple years we were trying to get approved to buy a house and it seemed like we were getting nowhere. Thankfully were reached out to Kayla Grimes,! We came from another lender and she was able to get us closed . She made so many phone calls and drove so many places for us. Met up with us for anything and everything. She was amazing every step of the way. We are so thankful for her. If you are looking to buy a home she will give it her all!
Whitney Siniard is absolutely the best. She is a hard worker, so sweet, and easy to talk to. She works late nights and weekends to make sure everything is done so you can close on time. I recommend them 100 perfect.
I give this rating 10 stars if it was available!!! My experience on obtain a loan has been superb!!! In all of my association with the Bank of Frankewing, Whitney, my loan officer, treated me as family and always looked out for my very best options. The entire process was simple and straightforward. Stephanie Taylor made the mortgage process quick and painless. She was quick to answer questions and provided great advice. When rates (hopefully) go down in a year or two we plan to work with her again on a refinance. I recommended contacting her if you are in need of a loan.
