A former customer My husband and myself had an account with the Bank of Floyd for many years. We also had numerous loans and were considered really good patrons of the bank. They knew us and were always very helpful if we needed a loan they usually just said how much do you need. Then they got a new loan officer and even after having an acct for years and many loans that were paid on time and off on time they denied us a loan to put a bathroom into our home because our home didn't have a bathroom.
