Why am I being charged $16 for my debit cards when you put an expiration date on them! I’d didn’t lose them,get them stolen, or just need a new one.

The Bank of Fayette County is a place where banking is at personal level. You are greeted by name and treated like family. I have banked with them since I was 17 years old and my dad co-signed with me for my first loan to buy a car. They shook my hand and spoke to me as if I mattered .. as if my business mattered ... 15 years later I’m goin through the process of buying a home with their help.... wonderful people ... I couldn’t imagine doin business anywhere else.
The customer service comes second to none, whether in person,by phone, or even by email. No branch is an exception, the staff is fantastic across the board from the top to the bottom. A bank that ,not only provides exceptional service to their customers , but a bank who gives back to the communities, in huge ways ,where those same customers reside. A+++. If anyone is looking for a bank home, you've found the right place!
