Do not like this branch at all. Employees are not friendly. Will do all of my banking at the other bank. Opened my account a couple of years ago. Wondering if I made the wrong decision?
Great friendly people. Okay I was right they are friendly, but I was with them 1 month, they lost my deposit, cash put in Friday and was out the next morning it wasn't there. Said it was a data entry mistake, no it would have never have shown in my account in the first place if it was data entry mistake, it was moved. 9-10 errors in one month. Don't use them and Tim the VP broke the law stopped access to my funds and my credit card with no cause. He shouldn't be working near humans.

Excellent and very fast customer service! The woman behind the counter here got a new debit card sent to me in the mail within 4 minutes of coming in the store! Very satisfied with my experience here, so I definitely can say that I highly recommend banking here if you're an Estes Park local.
