Awful customer service. Jason really messed up my account. Cost me 3k in rent money because he applied it to my account as a credit without asking me. Also was questioning him about details but he always blew me off. Thanks for working hard though. Working hard At being Incompetent. Who Applies rent money as a credit??? Really. Don’t you think I would want that in my pocket. Can’t wait till I am able to refinance don’t want this bank making interest off me.
