I recently contacted Ray at Bank of England to refinance my mortgage. He took my application and researched several options for me. I did qualify but he found a Federal program that would be a better fit and would cost less through a National agency. He was kind enough to forward me to the agency to provide the best benefit. I highly recommend him and extremely grateful for his honesty.
