If you have a good broker, they can negotiate a good interest rate with Bank of England for you. However, this company has some of the absolute worst customer service and website I have ever experienced AFTER you sign the mortgage.

Please be sure the loan officer you work with at this location is truly out for your best interests. My boyfriend and I trusted our first time home buying process to them and we were strung along for 4 months, only to be asked a week before closing to “refinance your auto loan into someone else’s name” to satisfy the debt to income ratio.
