Hours are later than normal banks and it’s very convenient if you are an SIUE student. I’ve never had a problem

Apparently if you are a legal dr prescribed cannabis user in Illinois you are not allowed to bank at the Bank of Edwardsville .
Although I have great customer service experience at different locations I cannot say the same for the one located at the SIUE campus. As a student you are able to get a "cougar" checking account which can be linked to your SIUE student ID card in order to use on campus as a debit card. I called this location to see what documents may be needed to go about this process, I gathered what I was told and arrived at this location to be told they DO NOT offer this service.
