Today I called to look up a charge from 2017. After having to go through a call center rather than a bank employee I was told it was a $20/hour CHARGE for someone to look that far into my account even though I gave her the EXACT date! How pathetic to EXTORT your customers. LITERALLY the WORST customer service of any bank I’ve ever used! The suspect that robbed them is a pure Robin Hood by robbing CROOKS!
