Renee is the meanest most disrespectful person I have ever met and has truly given me the worst experience I've had as a customer of 5 years. At this particular location there is a old lady who resembles a shih Tzu dog but has the temper of an aggressive Chihuahua attacks for no reason, very high horse attitude. Does not fit in with the rest of the kind staff here.
I’m very impressed with the customer service at Bank of Colorado. I had to go in to get a new debit card and Andrew was super friendly and quick. I have been banking with BoC for 3 years now and have never regretted my decision to switch to them.
