I am impressed with the staff at this location. Amber, Dylan, Cindy and Matt are just awesome! Amber is friendly and professional and I can always count on her to get the job done! Great job!
Bank of Colorado staff is always helpful, courteous, personal, and provides quick service. I have used a half dozen banks and credit unions over the years and none were anywhere close to Bank of Colorado.
We come to this branch the most. We came in, with a lot of needs right before a big trip. Cindy was patient and helpful. Plus she promoted the kids' art that they will use for next year's free calendar. Good bank anyway, but Cindy and the people have outstanding customer service skills!
I use their App for most of my banking I check my balance much daily. iT DOESN'T WORK! Been charged $32 a few times as i spent money their App said I had. Choose a Credit Union is my advice.
