I thought Wells Fargo was bad, this place is even worse!!!
Everyone at BOC is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have personally banked at this institution for nearly 10 years. We moved our HOA operational occount (2017) to BOC because everyone on the board felt the customer service was "the best".
We joined BOC in June 2023 when we relocated to Pagosa. We could not be happier with their service. Friendly and professional, it's a pleasure to go inside the bank and do our banking the old fashioned way. They know how to take care of their customers!
