I was recently the victim of a scam and had to close my accounts and open new ones. Austin was extremely helpful and kind. He followed up on outstanding withdrawals and deposits weeks after this had happened. Also Christopher, who is a teller, has been very kind and professional and thoughtful. I feel very well looked out for by the Bank of Colorado.

Had a fraudulent charge on my account. The teller who helped me told me he didn't know if or when it would be refunded because his superior wasn't in the office today. Had a check bounce because of the fraudulent charge. No provisional credit was issued meaning I was getting charged an overdraft fee on top of the fraudulent charge. The guy helping me was apathetic and almost malignant in the way he spoke to me. As if tne fraudulent charge was my fault. Me and my husband needed help with a check that supposably was return we talk to sierra couple of times and she talks rude and hangs up the phone. She is no help at all. Who does that when you need help with something important from your account.

I've been banking with Bank of Colorado my whole life 30+ years. Since Pinnacle Bank bought out Bank of Colorado it has turned into complete garbage. I would recommend burning your money or just trowing it in the trash before deciding to use this bank. They deleted my savings account without informing me, with money still in it. Note: My deceased mother used to work for Burns Bank that was bought out by Bank of Colorado. She died because she used the uderground tunnel to transfer deposits from one bank to the next.
