Customer service is awful. They have now caused me an unimaginable amount of inconvenience during an already stressful time. I am trying to keep my dad safe and make sure his assisted living is paid for, and these geniuses stated to me that the debits that the assisted living (Mesa Verde Estates) made from the account were fraud because the bank didn’t recognize the charges, and their “fraud team” says the account must now be closed. There a women with glasses at desk in front. Very rude but the rest of the employees are very friendly and love how I'm treated by everyone else. The clerks are so friendly and happy
