The bank employees seem uninterested in helping customers. I had to go get a manager from an office so they would get the attention of their tellers, as they were too busy huddling for jokes and quiet speech behind the counter. The manager seemed angry. The president was worse however; he decided heavyhandedly to close my account for me because of my disability. They never once showed me an ounce of courtesy regarding it, or in handling my business. I was recently the victim of a scam and had to close my accounts and open new ones. Austin was extremely helpful and kind. He followed up on outstanding withdrawals and deposits weeks after this had happened. Also Christopher, who is a teller, has been very kind and professional and thoughtful. I feel very well looked out for by the Bank of Colorado.
