Kianna, John and Austin we're so amazing and helping us get set up our personal counts and our business account and our sons, business accounts. Our prior bank was closing in town and we needed to get em moved and had not done new banking in over 21 years. The tellers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. So then you go to use the ATM because you can’t even use the tellers to deposit money or withdraw money and the ATM never works.
