The tellers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. So then you go to use the ATM because you can’t even use the tellers to deposit money or withdraw money and the ATM never works.
Shelly is one of the best mortgage people I have ever been to! She was there for us from start to finish and made everything a breeze. After past experiences we were not looking forward to this experience, but it was so great because of Shelly. Thanks to her for all she does to make getting a mortgage a great experience!
David Nelson is great to work with, professional and straightforward
Too much like the corporate slave masters such as Chase, Wells Fargo. They and their algorithm will find a way to charge overdraft fees. They also will NOT loan you money, despite being a customer and job holder for over 2 years. I still think they tossed my ID when I left it there by accident, as I overheard them on the phone when I called about it being lost. They said my name, which I hadn't given them yet.
