Bank of Colorado is amazing! I really don’t understand the negative reviews for this branch. The only reasoning I can devise is that they’re either the result of a very unusual event or a complete misunderstanding by customers of the rules & regulations regarding how banking works and the procedures that bank employees must follow. I have had trouble with my 2 accounts for several months and I spoke with Matt this morning to try and rectify the situation. He was very dismissive, and did not make any effort to correct the issue. Having been a customer for 10 plus years, I had hoped for better service or at least an attempt to fix the issue. After the interaction with Matt this morning I will be looking to move my accounts both business and personal to a new bank.
