I went to open a checking account today, but because I recently moved to the state, my driver's license (REAL ID) doesn't show my current address. I brought a printed utility bill. The employee told me that a copy of the lease agreement was also required. I told him I had it on my phone and—since I didn't want to waste the trip—I would go somewhere to print it out. Great friendly staff
New to the state and went in to cash a check that was a fairly large amount and the lady stated she couldn't cash the check without me having an account and instead of offering to have me open one, she gave me directions down the road to another bank clearly not wanting my business and based off the reviews I've read, this is typical. Seems they don't have the funds for larger accounts
