Extremely bad experience! Wait for 1hour for just deposit! And the woman who with short hair refused to service me. After the man who I believe is the manager told her I was waiting for a long time, she still refused to see me, will never come back!
之前我网上预约办卡一直没成功，就直接进这家分行碰碰运气，没想到进去之后直接就给我办理了，完全没有排队。接待处一个锡克教小哥非常耐心，一步步教我做信息登记，我英文不好，他很礼貌地慢慢教我填的。 刚填完资料就有一位女士帮我去复印证件了，等了一小会儿我就到柜台办理了，整个过程都很丝滑。在我等待过程中，还有一位小哥很热心地给我说了一下中行卡的转账收费，他并没有为了自己的业务去推销，而是能够站在客户的角度着想，为我分析了学生转账和非学生的区别，避免我无谓的冲动办卡，而且我之前确实不知道这些信息。 我觉得这家分行效率真的很高，而且工作人员很专业很礼貌，我的英文不太好，所以用中文评价一下。
