Took a long time and few tries to filled out an online application for opening an account. Ended up unsuccessful. Then went to the counter, and was asked so many questions. Then told unsuccessful again and then have to come for another two times for opening account. They had all my personal information whether it’s relevant or non-relevant to a bank account. It’s more like a scam than a banking service. Definitely not using this bank.
The service here is excellent. A special thank you to Hannah and Zoe.They are diligent and responsible, and managed to secure a great fixed interest rate for me even though my account was opened at another branch. They always put customers first and made everything so convenient. I highly recommend this place — lovely surroundings and an even better team! Full marks from me.
Terrible service. As soon as my wife and I walked into the lobby, an Indian security guard came over with a sour face and asked whether we had an appointment. That already annoyed me — I’ve never had to make an appointment at other banks. Then he kept following us and asking whether we knew how to use the electronic ticket machine. The staff photocopied my ID documents but didn’t return all of them to me. When I asked about the missing one, she told me she had already given everything back without checking again. It turns out still left in their photocopier. Carelessly handling personal ID as a bank staff member is a serious lack of training and professionalism. She was chatting with another coworker throughout the service with dismissive manner to customer. Zero stars
