It's very difficult to deal with this Foreign bank as it violates the most basic rules !!! I dealt with the manager and she was rude ,had an attitude and not helpful. As others have said and i say it too .this is the worse bank . Very unpleasant to deal with.!! Racist staff who spoke mandarin among themselves while bashing & profiling a new client who although does not look Asian but does understand Mandarin Fluently....
