It's very difficult to deal with this Foreign bank as it violates the most basic rules ....... I dealt with the manager and she was rude ,had an attitude and not helpful. As others have said and i say it too .this is the worse bank . Very unpleasant to deal with.!! Racist staff who spoke mandarin among themselves while bashing & profiling a new client who although does not look Asian but does understand Mandarin Fluently... Ɓased on my experience the manager at this bank does not know how to serve clients , she's rude , unprofessional and does not welcome new businesses . Do your research before doing any business here .
