I recently visited the Bank of China and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from a young lady with colored hair. Her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. She seemed uninterested in helping customers and lacked basic customer service skills. I expected a much better experience from such a reputable institution. I hope the bank addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff.
