中国银行， what a surprise.
It is really bad experience. The interest rate is decreasing, And I have submitted application one month ago. The bank is very greedy And kept the interest as 7.89% And will steal one penny from your pocket. The bank of china is a thief. It is the most awful experience in my life. Do not let this bank steal money from you any more.
There was a slight wait but overall staff were very helpful and friendly. Three staff members helped us with our loan, whole process took 45 mins
1 star feels like too generous when the service is really that bad. My parents went to open bank accounts today, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff displayed a poor attitude towards my elderly parents. The bank is called the Bank of China, but ironically, it did not treat Chinese customers respectfully. They arrived well before opening time (9:30 AM) and didn’t leave until after 12 noon—just to open two accounts. We couldn’t believe it took nearly three hours.
