Thanks for the help mainly by the male staff. However, I would say the staff should act in the professional manner that will be more appropriate for customer service. Please don’t whisper to other staff about your customer who is seating in front of you. I am not DEAF. Please don’t call your customer’s case is annoying. I can hear you. Eventually, they helped me out with my case to get everything sorted. But throughout the process, I was not very COMFORTABLE.

Poor service ever! 打电话预约，接线员拽的，中国银行你家开的吗？ 基本礼貌用语都不会？做什么服务人员？！shame on you！
It’s the worst bank and worst customer service I never had in my life. We had lock interest 3 months ago and they keep holding until two week later, they ask for new documents and drivers license. We provide those documents and today they told me that it’s interesting lock is expired.
