worst bank in the world
Absolutely terrible customer service. I just called a so called customer service to change periodicity of my home loan repayments from monthly to fortnightly. The customers service rep told me she can't do it online and I have to call BOC branch where I opened the loan. When requested to transfer, she said it can't be done as the call will drop. Lol, what a lame excuse. Reminds me of the dates when operators had to hard wire telephone boards to get customers connected in 1950's BOC, if you're reading this, take a few hints f... read more
