Don't even try to get any customer service from this bank of china. Not worth of your money and time.
Terrible with attitude. They don’t help, I think it’s not for the ordinary people.
FRAUD. It took 7 months going back and forth with the bank to open a corporate account, each time they asked extra paperwork. Eventually they asked a SCAN cope of Social Security card. This bank is fraud and I will report it to FTC.
