I've had problems with every single branch. No one branch can set up payments to GM Financial apparently even tho there's a GM dealership in Ash Flat and at Batesville. I don't understand why Bill payments can't be set up through any single branch despite being told it can be at every single branch and it NOT working time and time again since MAY. I'm sick of people telling me what they think I want to hear to get me out the door. New year coming up so maybe it's time for a new bank. Sad but hey it is what it is.

Since the bank in Cave City and Evening Shade wouldn't help I came here to get my payments for my new vehicle set up and a couple other things and the reps at this location are 20/10 with customer service. I recommend this location over both the others hands down!

This bank is so amazing! Worked with Rena on a house loan and she was just so sweet and easy to work with!! Highly recommend using this place! All the people here are very friendly and helpful!
