The outrageous behavior of this bank is unacceptable. Because of their faults, I could not use my money stored in their facility. Their representatives cannot even explain or justify the ridiculous behavior .
I’ve used this bank for over 10 years at it’s been pretty great for the most part. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. One thing I wish I could change is the $1k limit they put on your card and you have to call them about using that each time. Also, the online banking is ancient, but works.

Bank of Belleville cares about people and especially youth! They honored Base 215 Youth Center with a gift from their quarterly employee donation fund that went a long way in serving youth from the Metro 618 area. AND, every week I get to bank with some of the most awesome, friendly people I know!
