I went to this branch Saturday morning 2/15/2025 and try to open and account but the ladie manager/supervisor so annoying and questioning maybe she wanted to be FBI agent and she is on the wrong position. I told her I had everything they needed to an account with BOA because I have already asked the bank before. But she did not trust and start asking for one thing and another on main entrance not even with the banker office or in. I visited the Bank of America branch at 13311 New Hampshire Avenue to notarize a document. Despite there being few customers, I waited for over an hour without assistance. The staff seemed disengaged, walking and talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. This lack of attention and professionalism was disappointing.
Keith Whitaker Jr, helped me with all my questions and made the notary process super simple and easy. Very personable man. Would recommend if you want to open an account, get a form notarized, or look at financing options GO WITH KEITH!
