We had an amazing experience at Bank of America thanks to Hilina. She was incredibly patient, professional, and kind while helping my mom open her account. Hilina explained everything clearly, made the process smooth and stress-free, and treated us with so much respect. Her customer service truly went above and beyond. We are very grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!
I'd like to highlight the excellent service provided by Naomi Bond, the Bank Manager. She was very patient with me when I needed documents notarized. I was in and out of the branch quickly. B of A needs more people like her.
My savings and checking accounts have been hacked. All of my accounts have been put on credit. Only my ATM debit card had been canceled and I was unable to use online banking to access my account. Lillian KIPTOO a senior banker assisted me through this arduous process. She helped me to create new accounts, unblock my online banking She is professional, knowledgeable, OK friendly, and patient and expedite delivery of a new ATM debit card she is a professional. She was patient. She was helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I went there today with my elderly father for the first time and the tellers were so helpful. We had an extremely challenging situation and they figured it out.
Try to avoid this branch if you can! They’ll tell you they don’t have enough people to do the job and will always find excuse. I have been there for several days for a very simple update on my account and no one was able to serve me. Worst BOA experience!
