Always defended Bank of America to everyone been with them for 30 years personally and since my business started professionally.walked in today to attempt to see a business rep and was completely ignored by the sign in guy when I attempted to wait in line was refused to be signed in and told I had to wait for him. Iv never been treated like such a burden at this company before.

Had the worst experience with Johanny today. Manager was not to be found for 30 minutes even though we arrived well before lunch. Once Johanny did show up, we informed him that we had an appointment and despite arriving 30 minutes early 2 people without appointments were serviced by him before us? I asked to possibly speak with the Merril agent, who was alone in office and not on the phone, to no avail. Finally seated at 11:20 and customer service person wasn't listening.
