I had a complicated transaction, which wasn't able to complete online although BOA stated I could. I met with Sebastian, and he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. This is one of my best experiences I've had with a bank agent.

I visited this branch and both Johanny Rodriguez and Michelle Bunch were very wonderful and helpful! It was a VERY busy Saturday but they were great at getting me in to do some really time sensitive and important tasks. Michelle went above and beyond to help with the tasks as well as answer questions, and was very personable also. The experience was positive and I thank them both for their help and professionalism.
