Lidice was wonderful, very professional and attentive to my specific needs.
Closing my accounts this week. I have had it with Bank of America. Every time you go into a branch, it's always some excuse as to why they can't help you. I had a family member sign a check over to me and went to deposit it. The teller claims that my family member needs to be named on my account or vice versa and that I should have them come in. I try to explain to her that I've deposited signed over checks before and never had any issues, the check was correctly endorsed. She cops an attitude with me and tells me the check ... read more
