Extremely disappointing experience. Customer service has gone downhill significantly. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping or providing solutions. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when asking for assistance. Instead, I felt like I was being pushed out the door. This was one of the worst banking experiences I've had, and it has seriously changed my opinion of Bank of America.
The people in this bank don’t care about their customer specialty if a very long time customer, I have all my businesses with them
The office customer service team at this mansfield branch is not knowledgeable about the services that the bank offers its customers. This makes it a waste of time to drive there, wait your turn, then leave without accomplishing any thing.
