Today, I went to the Bank to clarify a few questions. I talked to Shannon. She was super nice. Took the time to explain and clarify all my questions.
Aba is a very enthusiastic and professional lady. Since we went there close to the end of the working day, she still patiently helped us complete the bank card we needed. Thank you very much for her excellent service.
Just left this branch as they have 1 teller who had to help another customer with savings bonds. All I needed was to cash an $87 check, so just went next door to Chase, where they have 2 regular tellers. Very disappointed in my Bank of America!
The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. Aba helped us setting up a new account and do many other things all in one go! Keep up the good work.
