I waited awhile to get assistance
Terrible experience. The personal banker wouldn't help me though he happily helped a younger girl of his same skin color. When he was finished with her, I asked if he could help me re a fraud claim and he said he had to talk to his manager. He went to the back for approx 7-10 mins and then a snippy manager named Adely B came out talking to me degradingly from the beginning letting me know immediately before even speaking to me or asking me what the issue was that "they wouldn't be able to help me today."
