If I can give a 0 star I would. They are not helpful at all. I am facing a BIG fraud on my accounts, I’m pregnant and going under so much stress with what’s happening to me with the bank and no one was able to help me. When I spoke with customer service on the phone they told me something and when I come and speak with the manager who is supposed to be nice and helpful wasn’t none of that at all. I’m never coming back here.
HORRIBLE customer service. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes hoping somebody would help me. No one ever did. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
I seriously don't know why this branch even exists. They have inconsistent hours, no drive thru and no outside ATM. My real issue is with the manager who I have had 2 bad experiences with now. First, I came in a few weeks ago needing to withdrawal $13k from my account but was informed that their limit was $10k cash. They suggested I go to a different branch in a sketchy part of the area that has a higher limit. Mind you I have my 1 yr old son with me so that's out of the question; so l settled for the $10k limit. The teller ... read more
