We were so tired of USAA giving us the runaround and inconsistent answers, so we walked into Bank of America in Midlothian hoping for an easier way to handle our banking, but we found so much more. From the ease of access to the knowledge of the associates, the friendliness of every staff member, and the wide variety of banking options, we knew we had made the right choice.
