Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Didn’t like explaining what was going on out to everyone else instead of in a private office. Awful.

I’ve been here 3 times and never had a bad experience… 1. To open checking about 5 years ago! They greeted me and sat me with someone it was super easy and fast 2. I came in handing out flyers for my office handing out goody bags in October, I was greeted and they were friendly. 3. Came in today to open up a savings, I was greeted and helped immediately! I was helped by Demi. This is a great bank with a really great staff, I wish I can remember everyone else’s names but they were all very helpful!
The WHITE BANKER THAT HAS A CORNER OFFCIE ON THE BACK LEFT SIDE; is very nosey and includes herself in conversations she’s not apart of. Private conversations from one side of the building giving her opinion about something that I never told the banker that was helping me. I was just talking and telling him about the money order I had left over. That lady just made a comment thinking she knew the answer to something she had no right to answer or know.
