Cristian and Anyely waved a fee for cashing a small check at Bank of America. I'm not a Bank of America customer and they shared a lot of useful information with me and waived the fee. In the future I will know how to avoid the fee and features that a Bank of America account will provide. Thanks Bank of America Eden Prairie!!
Awful experience. Drove up to use ATM didn't work. Drove 2 miles to another ATM and drove back to Bank of America got there at 4:01. They locked the door as I opened the lobby door. I just needed to make quick deposit and the guy literally walked away with 3 other customers in lobby.
Guy, who is at front desk is rude and Don’t even understand, what the customer came in for . He just want to send the customer away by saying , please do it online. If that’s the case, what is the point of having a branch? . First he need to listen, what the customer is saying instead of stopping the customer in between the conversion and giving answers.
