Had a very positive experience with the Phoenixville manager, Zack. He was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. It was late in the work day on a Friday, but he still took the time to listen carefully and help alleviate our concerns.

Excellent customer service!! Recently I had a complex transaction and Ajay (Apologies if I misspelled his name) and the young man who was at the counter (apologies I didn't catch his name) were wonderful. They walked me through the process explaining everything they were and needed to do including but not limited to verifying my identity. I had an incredibly smooth, and high-quality experience at the Bank of America of Phoenixville today! John & Matthew were extremely helpful, attentive and they resolved the matter that I was dealing with. They were both very attentive, caring and effective in resolving my issue. The American flag outside is tattered and torn. It’s an absolute disgrace.
