I want to share an amazing experience with Bank of America. The atm ate my check I was depositing. I couldn’t get assistance for quite a few days. I went to speak to someone and I believe the young man that assisted me was named Juan. He was able to get me a live representative in the right department to assist me with my claim. They were unable to assist in the time needed but miraculously my money was deposited the next day. Thanks Juan! Your professionalism, composure and empathy soothed me during a hard time.
Emina Kazic she’s the best person to help me out i got charged for something i did not buy or even think about and she help Me get all the money back and be able to cancel what ever it was she was super kind and helpful and was able to fix everything really quick i would rate her a 10/10 costumer service
