I have had issues accessing my account as I have moved abroad. Angel and the team at BankofA in Greenwood were extremely helpful. The service and reassurance I received from the team, especially Angel put my worries at ease.Â
While the wait was long, Ornela Sainvil made it all worth it!! Incredibly personable & so so kind!! I’m considering switching my finances to Bank of America just because of her!!Â
had a money order placed and delivered. but could not pick it up because the store closed at 4 the package was delivered at 3 and i live an hour away. Called 6 times to inform them of my circumstances, (with no answer)that i’ll be 10 minutes late. when i finally got an answer no accommodation was made. Had to cancel money order since the flight is early tomorrow morning. currently waiting for money to go back to my account. sweet people working but horrible hours.Â
