had a money order placed and delivered. but could not pick it up because the store closed at 4 the package was delivered at 3 and i live an hour away. Called 6 times to inform them of my circumstances, (with no answer)that i’ll be 10 minutes late. when i finally got an answer no accommodation was made. Had to cancel money order since the flight is early tomorrow morning. currently waiting for money to go back to my account. sweet people working but horrible hours.
They were definitely very annoyed that I dared walk in there seeking banking services.
Bank of America is an absolute joke. I had to create an account to be paid by my employer. I have been to multiple branches all across the country. There is an issue and extremely long wait at every one I have ever been into. I took a check in today to be deposited....somthing so simple....over an hour wait....how are they still in buisness?
I started my account with Bank of America in Florida and because of this branch I'll be closing it. Unprofessional always can come up with an excuse of why they can't do things. Indiana branches are garbage. Wells Fargo time.
