First, me and the lady had a language barrier. She couldn't understand or speak English. Second, the manager, Todd, was very rude and interrupted every sentence that came out of my mouth. Horrible person. Just horrible. I was wanting to transfer money from another bank to BofA, then, make a withdrawal. They could not figure it out because the "manager Todd" wouldn't let me talk.
