Came into this location to cash my sons check. I've had an account with them for a very long time. We just moved to this area. I was willing to pay the $8 fee but the guy refused. The gentleman didnt even try to give us other options before turning us away. Maybe we will check out PNC.Â

On Saturday, May 10, 2025 at approximately 10am I went into the Cranberry branch and the following occurred: I was not greeted or offer a seat, the associate assumed I was with another customer (that I was standing at least 8 feet from) thus - a poor and disrespectful assumption because the other customer and I happen to be the same ethnicity, and within 5 minutes another person entered who received a greeting and was offered a seat. First, me and the lady had a language barrier. She couldn't understand or speak English. Second, the manager, Todd, was very rude and interrupted every sentence that came out of my mouth. Horrible person. Just horrible. I was wanting to transfer money from another bank to BofA, then, make a withdrawal. They could not figure it out because the "manager Todd" wouldn't let me talk.
