Got a suspicious text from this location saying I had an appointment with them. Never booked an appointment and have never been to this location in my life lol. No one answers the phone when you call. Shady business seems to be going on here and it definitely reduces my trust in BoA as a banking institution I should do business with.
They take forever to assist you even when the lobby is empty…
