Negative experience at this location last week. Went in to the lobby since I needed to withdraw an amount of cash, which I understood was higher than the daily allowance from the ATM machine - I actually said this to the person who greeted me. He said his colleague would help me, so I had to follow him into his office. He then asked for my ATM card and my ID.
