Horrible staffing issue. 10 people in line and 2 tellers. Longest BofA line i have ever stood in. This branch needs to get it together.
I am very happy with the Bank service, especially Mr.Tony Madrigal, financial Center Manger, very polite and professional and helpful. This is a good bank in Durango.
Exceptional service at the Durango branch! After a frustrating experience at the Fort Apache BoFa branch, I came to this branch feeling pretty defeated. I was honestly expecting more of the same, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff here were everything a customer hopes for: respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. The manager at this location is unqualified. She didn’t allow me to cash a bofa issued cashiers check. I went to the location on forte Apache and had it cashed without any problem or questions.
ATM machines don't work half of the time. Be aware of the surrounding area , especially at night time. Someone, somehow scan my card and withdraw my money the next day in a different location. Just be alert ⚠️.
