Too many questions asked when you get cash which put you at the ATM longer (SAFETY ISSUE)
I’m not a minority but I notice the way certain tellers treat people who don’t look, speak, or act a certain way. Bank of America is amazing but this location definitely has a weird vibe towards people who don’t know much.
The workers there are rude don’t acknowledge when u walk in , the face reactions when u tell them what u need is awful . If you don’t like ur job or like helping people why do you work there ? If I could do a 0/5 I would . Would never go back !
