Pads the bill & tacks on hidden fees! I hand deliver the mortgage payment and get a receipt ever since this company tacked on a fee when the post office was way behind during the covid pandemic. However, this company can't handle an early payment either. I brought in the payment for a statement dated 7/1 and they misapplied the payment and sent me another bill due 7/1. I had an exceptional experience at this Bank of America branch. After an incredibly stressful day trying to cash a check, Branch Manager Charlotte Bengtson stepped in and went above and beyond to help. She was polite, attentive, and truly took the time to investigate the issue. The tellers were equally respectful, especially when they noticed the account number error, which was the key to solving the problem.
