Imagine competing with banks that actually care about their customers like Ent. I would avoid this place when there are incredible options nearby.
Horrible customer service. Spent 5 hours trying to Close down my mother’s account Because she passed awaywhich they couldn’t do at the location so they then sent me to Corp. Corp wsent me Colleen b who told me verbally and had it in email form that she would send me a check and I’d have it in 10 days. Come to find out she never did anything she promised! She just got bust and threw me under the bus. Boa you are horrible and shame on you! Luckily, I don’t bank with you and I never will.
