I bring my mother to BOA very often and carol and 2 others I couldn’t remember their names! But when I say they are the best! THEY ARE THE BEST very patient! Some of the best costumer service anyone could ask for! Not to mention it’s always those 3 when I come! They never have long lines they really do a great job getting everyone in and out! I’m not sure how often they get recognized but it should be often with their wonderful service! They make me want to switch banks!
Alex Chekmezov helps me a lot on opening bank account although I only have travel visa. He’s really patience and helpful, recommend anybody who needs to open an account coming
