I have an extremely unpleasant experience with the manager of this bank. For some reason, the manager allows me to behave extremely disrespectfully towards the client, that is, towards me. I contacted them with a problem. As a result, the manager constantly raised her voice at me, interrupted me, and then simply turned around and left without solving my problem. What does it mean? where should I look for help if even the bank manager allows himself to behave this way?
