Hoy fui a hacer un tr�mite con un problema que tuve con una tarjeta de cr�dito que ten�a con ellos anteriormente y a�n ya no siendo cliente la se�orita Guzm�n si mal no recuerdo, me ayud� con mi problema ya que no hablo perfectamente ingl�s y ella si habla espa�ol e ingl�s, fue muy profesional, cordial y resolvi� el problema r�pido. Todo fue muy r�pido y f�cil. 👌🏼

Hoy fui a hacer un trámite con un problema que tuve con una tarjeta de crédito que tenía con ellos anteriormente y aún ya no siendo cliente la señorita Guzmán si mal no recuerdo, me ayudó con mi problema ya que no hablo perfectamente inglés y ella si habla español e inglés, fue muy profesional, cordial y resolvió el problema rápido. Todo fue muy rápido y fácil. 👌🏼

Bank of America is the worst. They closed our business accounts with no explanation, and when we asked for a reason they said because they can (literally, that's what they said). In a separate instance, we sent a wire to a client who had a BOA account and BOA incorrectly returned the wire and stole $45 from the wire. They are just a horrible bank that doesn't care about small businesses at all.

The worst experience thst I could have imagined .I wanted to deposit a large check in my way to the airport so they knew that I had no time to waste. I get approached at the door and they offered to make the deposit via their computer. She had problems and after st least 7 minutes says that I should do it at the teller window. Five more minutes and she’s still having a problem, called a guy over and he says that there is no manager and the check is too large for them to deposit. One of the male employees displayed racial discrimination and is skilled at lying. I will report this to the Bank of America headquarters. I told the male staff member from the beginning that I was on a B1/B2 visa. After thinking for nearly an hour, he told me that a B1/B2 visa cannot be used to open an account. This was deceitful. The bank lobby cameras can confirm that, in addition to saying my address wasn’t acceptable, he also lied by saying that a B1/B2 visa cannot be used to open an account.
