The worst experience thst I could have imagined .I wanted to deposit a large check in my way to the airport so they knew that I had no time to waste. I get approached at the door and they offered to make the deposit via their computer. She had problems and after st least 7 minutes says that I should do it at the teller window. One of the male employees displayed racial discrimination and is skilled at lying. I will report this to the Bank of America headquarters. I told the male staff member from the beginning that I was on a B1/B2 visa. After thinking for nearly an hour, he told me that a B1/B2 visa cannot be used to open an account. This was deceitful. The bank lobby cameras can confirm that, in addition to saying my address wasn’t acceptable, he also lied by saying that a B1/B2 visa cannot be used to open an account.
