After visiting this location, it is no wonder BOA has trended towards no contact banking. The "Manager" Sujata Passi is both rude and in my opinion, poorly suited in management. She has no people skills and when asked a question she stated, I do not have to tell you ...I have it all on video. Worst bank I have ever encountered.
IF YOU HAVE A SMALL BUSINESS STAY AWAY FROM B OF A!!!!!!!! They should remove the slogan “we are for small business” right off everything! They are NOT! They will literally try to crush your small business in every way that they can. They offer no support that actually has any power to do anything. They are a scam. The company I have a contract with, has 3 other vendors that do what i do & they ALL have had to leave B of A & go to Wells Fargo, I was the last hold out. Literally no ATMs are accepting deposits on a Sunday, in a 24 hour city, where many people keep strange hours. All three ATMs are down at this moment. This bank can't even keep robots working. WORST BRANCH EVER!
