This is our second visit to this branch since moving to the Carmel area and will likely be the last because of awkward customer service experiences. The most recent visit was today to have documents notarized. The reception and body language was very cold like “what do you want here or do don’t belong here” and in hurry to dismiss us as my wife and I were casually dressed. Gupreeta was professional, attentive and very helpful with walking me through steps that I could take.
