I made an error with an online transaction and called the Zionsville branch to try to rectify it. Gupreeta was professional, attentive and very helpful with walking me through steps that I could take. She even followed up with me the next business day to ask if there was anything else that she could help with. Thank you for the wonderful service.

waited for almost 30 minutes before any teller showed up. Opening a simple checking account took more than three hours, and the banker even messed up the paperwork. No one seemed responsible or efficient
