Today’s incident, they couldn’t get their vault opened so they can’t accept any cash deposits. Overall, they never have enough people working behind the counter. It’s not just this branch, but overall Bank of America retail banking is going down the drain.

Never go here. Carol working on 8/3/2024 at around 11:30am. My mother, boyfriend and I came in so we could close every account under her name, and she kept giving us an issue. We had to go through 4 different people, just for the last person to tell us we could’ve closed all the accounts online. We were getting impatient because this was a very important matter, and the bank was closing in a few hours since it was the weekend.
