Can never get anyone on the phone for a question, I miss the Bank of America in North Wildwood. This one is a joke
Was very disappointed in the level of customer service provided by all associates. They were joking and talking with a line full of people and when we went to discuss our issue they completely disregarded and told us incorrect information. At the end told us to call customer service who told us they could and should have taken care of our situation for us. Will never return to the Rio Grande office. I was told I couldn't cash a $5,000 check written to me from a Bank of America account holder because I'm not a bank of America account holder. They told me to have my customer write me 2 different checks totaling the same amount. I was told it's for fraud protection reasons. How is cashing 2 $2,500 checks not setting off more red flags then cashing 1 $5,000 check? I hope you tell customers when they open an account that they can't write checks over $4,000 to non bank of America account holders. Absolute asinine logic.
