Long time BOA account A satisfied interaction with two professionals Rey, Kelly in regards to Bill Payments. Their time and sincere interest to help me felt good. Thank You.
The employee at this branch is rude and doesn't even try to help at all, but immediately refuses to provide the service. I asked her to do exchange my large bills ($1.400) for newer ones, as I was planning to travel abroad. Her response was no, we don't replace money with better ones. However, this is not mentioned in the policy, and other bank branches always do this without any issues, but not her... absolutely unprofessional behavior.
More than seven months passed, and I was told I needed to make an appointment, but the earliest available was in August. When August finally came, they refused to let me open an account. It was a complete waste of my time, and their attitude was terrible—they even treated my passport carelessly. So, I went to TD Bank, and everything was handled immediately, with no delays!
Can never get anyone on the phone for a question, I miss the Bank of America in North Wildwood. This one is a joke
