The parking lot here sucks
Outstanding customer service at this branch! They have been extremely helpful each time I have been there. Parking is good and this branch is easily accessible from Route 47 in Rio Grande.

The employee at this branch is rude and doesn't even try to help at all, but immediately refuses to provide the service. I asked her to do exchange my large bills ($1.400) for newer ones, as I was planning to travel abroad. Her response was no, we don't replace money with better ones. However, this is not mentioned in the policy, and other bank branches always do this without any issues, but not her... absolutely unprofessional behavior.
