When will this location reopen it is hindering business and personal banking for people to do locally. And it's overwhelming the other locations. My business is considering taking our banking elsewhere please update.

I have had an Account with Bank of America for years. Since the Pandemic, customer service has declined dramatically. When my reason for calling their mascott ERICA does not fit into this banks query of reasons for call, Bank of America penalizes it's customers by forcing them to WAIT unreasonably long periods of time. I am in a strange town and desperately need access to my account and I have been waiting more than twenty minutes. I am stick in the boondocks and no one will come to my call.

Stay away from this bank! Most incompetent bank I've delt with over the past 30 years and 100's of loans personally and professionally. The 2 so called managers I've delt with to handle a simple auto loan transaction had no real understanding of how collateral loans work. They kept having to call their call center to ask questions. Long story short they lost my buyer and screwed me out of 4900 of my liquid cash due to incompetence. Then one called me to agknowlage I was right but then still failed to due their job. I went to this branch to send my money order for the first time today. The woman at the right-hand window was really rude. I did not know how to fill out a money order, she sighed in front of me and showed frustration. Even when I said thank you, she did not answer and did not say good-bye. This branch seems to require basic training for employees. I will never go back here until the staff here have basic manners.
